How to order - Order process

Choose articles:

For order or calculation click on the button to the right in the article. The package symbol shows you in which production style your article can be produced.

Article data:

In Step "Order data" you can choose "production, circulation, motif number, payment and shipping". In the step service the option proof is available for you. More info about the proof can be found here.

Shopping cart:

The cart allows you an overview of your selected items. Under the headings "position, detail, description, edition and individual and total prize" you'll get information about the options for the articles you selected. The heading "action" gives you an opportunity to "change" or "delete" selected articles.

Contact information:

In step "Contact data" you'll enter your login information (if available) for your application. If you don't have access data, please register under "master data". After this you can continue your order.

With the option "newsletter" you can get the latest information. After successful dial-up you'll receive a list of your master data and the possibility of changing your shipping, billing and return address (for a fee).

Data transfer and check

Under the rubric "data service" you have the possibility to choose an available data validation. With selected data validation typographical errors can be detected before printing. Details of the extent of the respective data validation can be found here.

With one click on the button "Next" you can quickly and easily transfer your desired data with the integrated file upload (to transfer the pressure data) to us. For a faster upload, we recommend you to pack the data into a ZIP file. Pack programs can be found here.

After clicking on the button "Data Upload", the progression window shows you the remaining time of your print data transfer. This opens a separate Pop-up window.

!Advice!Not all of the browsers can use this popups. It should help turn off the block pop-ups function before uploading. After successful uploading a thumbnail appears on your print file. Depending on the size of your file the providing of the thumbnail can take certain time. The progression window doesn't contain this time.

Order data / confirmation:

After the transfer is finished there appears a summary of your order. It contains the order number, customer number and order details. In the rubric "order status", you'll find all orders under a customer number, you can also check the status of your orders.

The order confirmation that we will also send you per e-mail, you can also download under "order status". If you haven't received the e-mail with the confirmation order, please also have a look at the spam folder / filter system of your e-mail program.
